Garlic, Sage & Cilantro Balsamic Vinegar

Description

This popular balsamic is a blend of freshly harvested garlic, sage, cilantro & our 18 Year Aged Traditional Balsamic Vinegar.  Sweet & savory, with subtle citrus undertones, is best used to describe this balsamic vinegar.

Uses:
A favorite in stuffed mushrooms & roasted vegetables. A great addition to a grilled chicken sandwich with Havarti & crisp romaine hearts. Use it as a marinade for beef, pork, or chicken. Great in a salad or used for bread dipping with any of our plain Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Harvest Garlic Olive Oil.
