Uses:
Toss with roasted carrots & rosemary for a sweet & savory side dish. Use alone or add to make a great vinaigrette for salads. Use to deglaze fond for a crisp, light sauce over chicken or fish. Add a splash to your favorite tartar sauce or aioli & drizzle over fish tacos – finish with lime.
Suggested Pairings: Any of our plain or flavored Olive Oils.
